Submarine Oil Suction and Discharge Hoses can meet the service requirements of fixed oil production platform, jack up drilling platform, single buoy mooring system, refining plant and wharf warehouse. They are mainly applied in Single Point Mooring systems. SPM includes Catenary Anchor Leg Mooring (CALM) system(also known as Single Buoy Mooring (SBM)), Single Anchor Leg Mooring (SALM) system, and turret mooring system.

The Catenary Oil Suction and Discharging Hoses are used for crude oil loading or discharging with high safety standards, such as FPSO, FSO tandem offloading to DP Shuttle Tankers (i.e. Reel, Chute, Cantilever hang-off arrangements).

Discharge hoses apply to the floating pipelines, the underwater pipelines and the onshore pipelines, they are important parts of dredging pipelines.

Discharge Hose with Steel Nipple (Dredging Hose)
A Discharge Hose with Steel Nipple is composed of lining, reinforcing plies, outer cover and hose fittings at both ends. The main materials of its lining are NR and SBR, which have excellent wear resistance and aging resistance. The main material of its outer cover is NR, with excellent weather resistance, corrosion resistance and other protective properties. Its reinforcing plies are composed of high-strength fiber cords. The materials of its fittings include carbon steel, high-quality carbon steel, etc., and their grades are Q235, Q345 and Q355.

Slope-adapted Hose ( Rubber Discharge Hose / Dredging Hose)
The Slope-adapted Hose is a functional rubber hose developed on the basis of the rubber discharge hose, which is specially designed to use in large-angle bending positions in discharge pipelines. It is mainly used as the transition hose connecting with floating pipeline and submarine pipeline, or with a floating pipeline and a onshore pipeline. It can also be applied in the position of a pipeline where it crosses cofferdam or breakwater, or at dredger stern.

A Floating Steel Pipe is composed of steel pipe, flotation jacket, outer cover and flanges at both ends. The main materials of the steel pipe are Q235, Q345, Q355 or more wear-resistant alloy steel.
